QUVIX — Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data — your email address and authentication identity, handled by Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). We never see or store your password.
Profile data — your display name (shown publicly on leaderboards) and a random public profile code (slug).
Gameplay data — your virtual-credit predictions and their results. Settled predictions feed the public leaderboards.
Technical data — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to serve and protect the site. We use these for operations and abuse prevention only.

2. What we don't do

No advertising, no ad trackers, no cross-site tracking cookies.
No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties for marketing.
No real-money transactions — we never ask for payment details.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage for two things: keeping you signed in (Firebase Authentication) and remembering your theme preference. Neither is used to track you across other sites.

4. Public information

Your display name, public profile code, and settled prediction record appear on public leaderboards and on your public profile page. Your email address and internal account ID are never exposed publicly.

5. Third-party processors

Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) — sign-in.
Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and delivery.

6. Data retention and deletion

Account and gameplay data are retained while your account exists. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact us via the channel published on the site; we will action verified requests within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change when we do.
